2.54mm IDC ribbon cable assembly IDC 40P Length 150mm Wire Cable
IDC gray flat cable is mainly used in large household appliances, computer LED display, telecommunications and small electronic equipment, it is characterized by small size, light weight, is the only solution to meet the requirements of miniaturization and mobility. It can be moved, bent and twisted without damaging the wire, and can meet different shapes and special package sizes. The gray cable has excellent electrical properties, dielectric properties, and heat resistance; it has higher assembly reliability and quality. IDC connector crimping cable, there are usually six crimping methods: the same direction -01 :FC plug is facing one side, and the buckle bump is facing outward. In the same direction -02:FC plugs are all facing one side, and the buckle bumps are uniformly facing inward. In the same direction -03:FC plugs are all facing one side, with one inside and one outside of the buckle bump. Reverse -01:FC plug is positive and negative, and the protruding point of the buckle faces outward. Reverse -02:FC plug one positive and one negative, buckle bump one inside and one outside. Reverse -03:FC plug is positive and negative, and the buckle bumps are all facing inward. Gray cable with different spacing is matched with IDC connectors with different spacing, for example: 0.635mm cable with 1.27mm IDC,1.0mm cable with 2.0mm IDC,1.27mm cable with 2.54mm IDC, and common cable specifications are: UL2678 30AWG, UL2651 26AWG 28AWG, and color flat cables. IDC connectors have double contact and single contact distinction, can be selected according to demand, generally Y-type double contact, contact performance will be better.
